We plan to evaluate the Claude API for three initial workflows:
Turn meeting notes into structured action items, with owners and deadlines.
Draft daily operational reports from selected updates and task data.
Convert sales and promotion documents into organized, searchable summaries.
AI-generated results would be reviewed before they are used to update tasks or guide operational decisions.

AdminVDH is an independent software project being developed by a small team. Our focus is practical productivity tools for store managers, area managers and small operations teams that rely on spreadsheets and Google Workspace.
We aim to reduce repetitive coordination work and make daily priorities easier to manage.
Our initial development focus is task coordination and daily reporting. AI capabilities and additional integrations are planned as the product evolves.
